🎨 Custom Designs
How do I order a Custom Design? ▼
It's easy! Click the "Custom Design" button in our app menu. This will open a form where you can upload your image and choose your preferences. Our team will review it and contact you via WhatsApp for approval before printing.
Is there an extra cost for custom prints? ▼
Yes, custom designs may have a small additional fee depending on the complexity and size of the print. We will confirm the final price with you on WhatsApp before processing the order.
🖨️ Product & Print Quality
What printing method do you use? ▼
We primarily use premium DTF (Direct to Film) technology. This ensures vibrant, high-definition colors that don't crack easily and last for 50+ washes.
Do you offer Embroidery? ▼
Yes! We offer high-quality Embroidery on select premium products like Hoodies and Sweatshirts for a textured, classic look.
Will the print fade after washing? ▼
Not at all. Our prints are tested for durability. To maximize lifespan, we recommend washing in cold water and not ironing directly on the print.
🛍️ Ordering
How do I place my order? ▼
- Browse our products and select your preferred size (check our Size Guide).
- Click ‘Add to Cart’.
- Go to the Cart icon (top right) and click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
- Log in or continue as a 'New User'.
- Confirm your address, choose a payment method, and click ‘Complete Order’.
How do I know if my order was placed? ▼
You will receive an instant confirmation via Email & SMS/WhatsApp with your Order ID. You will receive another notification once your order is shipped.
Can I add more products to an existing order? ▼
No. Once an order is confirmed, we cannot modify it. You will need to place a fresh order for any additional items.
🚚 Shipping & Tracking
How do I check my order status? ▼
You will receive updates via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp. If there is an unusual delay, we will proactively notify you with revised timelines. For urgent queries, email us at elkoraindia@gmail.com.
Can I expedite/fast-track my delivery? ▼
Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping. If we launch this service in the future for your pincode, we will let you know.
Can I change my shipping address? ▼
We cannot change the address once the order is processed. However, you can cancel the order within 6 hours of placement and place a new one with the correct address.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
I have an issue with the product fit/size. ▼
You can exchange the product for the correct size! Please note that a flat fee of ₹100 is chargeable for size exchanges. Email us at elkoraindia@gmail.com to proceed.
What if I just don't like the product? ▼
Since all our products are printed on-demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or refunds if you simply dislike the product. We only offer exchanges for defects or damages.
Are shipping/COD charges refundable? ▼
No. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable as they are paid to the courier partners.
My refund hasn't been received yet? ▼
(Only applicable for approved defect cases)

💳 Payments & Account
Why can’t I see Cash On Delivery (COD)? ▼
If COD is missing, it means the service is unavailable for your specific pincode. You can pay via UPI, Card, or Net Banking, or try an alternate delivery address.
What should I do if my payment fails? ▼
Check your internet connection and verify your billing details. If your account was debited, the amount is usually rolled back by your bank within 10 business days.
Will I receive marketing emails? ▼
Yes, registration subscribes you to our updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
